New Norwegian Film festival gives me its very first award.
Larvik Film Festival opened for the first time the 7th of May 2005. The opening film was Fast Car, a documentary featuring Zap mama and me recording an album and visiting women in Africa. The topics are female circumcision, music and life.
For my contributions to the documentary and the Care recording project in Africa, they gave me their first award ever: Fannyprisen. I'm honored.
