These terms and conditions applies to all products available for purchase on unniwilhelmsen.com, the official Unni Wilhelmsen site. Terms are executed as the order is placed.
All payments are safely rerouted through the renowned Paypal service. No credit card information is therefore neither given to, nor stored at, unniwilhelmsen.com. The store will
receive only your name, shipping address, and items purchased - exactly as stated in your own confirmation email.
All products INCLUDE standard local sales tax at store end, but does NOT INCLUDE additional import/toll cost that might be added at purchase end, as defined by authorities of each
country/area. Customer is personally responsible for knowing the products total cost at arrival, and cannot claim eventual added expences refunded from store.
Additional expences claimed by your local bank for executing any payment at unniwilhelmsen.com is solely part of your pre-existing agreement with your credit card provider, and the
customer is responsible for knowing how their personal credit card agreement might affect any online purchase.
Items which are signed, and/or custom made especially for you, are concidered of personal value, and cannot be returned.
Customer is therefore held by the order as soon as it's placed, and no refund is possible due to regrets.

Products may be returned for replacement when malfunctioning and/or damaged.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, it is recommended you take a snap shot of the damages both before opening the package and also of any damages you might find on the product. You should then immediately report it to your local delivery service for smooth registration and execution of your claim, probably by filling out a standard form at your local post office/delivery service.
The complete packaging (1) containing the damaged product (2) and the description of your claim (3) must then be returned by post to:

Do not forget to include your name, address, email, and time of purchase when returning the product.
Upon recieving the damaged product, Unni will ship your replacement product. Should the product be out of stock for an unreasonable period of time, or you purchased a unique
product which cannot be replaced, you will recieve a full refund instead of a replacement product.
Note: Signed and/or custom made items cannot be returned due to regrets only.
Should you regret purchasing an unsigned and/or standarized item, you could return it within a reasonable amount of time at your own cost. You will then
recieve a full refund for the item, but not for the costs at store end for handling and shipping, as specified in your invoice.
